Hello, If I said kids would get the right to vote most of you would say yes right.  Well think again.

Reason one bribing,  Bribery is a big part of politics.  You know when you are driving home from school
and you see a sign saying vote for me and I will make our water cleaner or make the environment tidy
well it's fake.  And then one month later they give a speech saying it’s not their fault and its ours.
And by doing this party will make promises like free candy or only three days of school a week.

Reason two, Other people. Kids tend to follow other people's decisions, good or bad.  Let’s say your walking
home from school and you pass a short side street, you hear two guys or girls talking about politics,
you hear one of them say “I’m gonna vote for this person as they will lift criminal laws”.  So voting day come
along and you vote for the person that will lift criminal laws .

Reason three, Bad decisions. Kid will choose the people that promise candy no more school and many
more things other than the stuff that matters like climate change and that party that promised candy well
they would get the votes.

There for kids shouldn’t vote in any elections, I have stated many reasons.

Reflection time

Reflection

At the beginning of term three the year sixes had cycle safe at school so we would be safer on our bikes.
I enjoyed it because it was a chance to learn something new, I feel like I did pretty well.
I learnt what a Cross and T intersection were, how to make a right hand turn and go around a round-a-bout.
I feel I could improve on how I give-way (because I forgot to give way at an intersection).

If I were to change something I would change the fact my tires weren't full of air at the beginning.
I feel like I used all of them except for reciprocity, I was respectful of our teacher,
I used resilience as I never gave up, I used resourcefulness because I remembered to bring my bike and I am reflecting with this blog post.

For maths we did multiplication mosaics, First we got an image printed in black and white. Second we got some O.H.D paper and went over the image in vivid. Third we drew lines and shapes on the O.H.D sheet. Fourth we write numbers in all the shapes. Firth we printed out our image on paper. Sixth we colored our image in. So I woke up to breath the crisp cold seasons air and a strange white fluffy weak thing was coating the ground and when I place my hoof on it, my hoof sinked in.  As I trudged on walking further and further looking down I saw a puddle of blood and continued on more blood appeared breathing heavily I saw something lying dead on the floor running towards it I I… Saw Fawn lying dead my tears froze before they could even touch the ground the wind was picking up the white stuff falling down I grabbed Fawns leg dragged her back wondering what we could do the large pond had hardened over and Hold on was trying to scrap some snow of a den.  I smashed the pond and dumped her in it was only a hour later that the pond froze up again. I wonder what it's like with the star horse with wings mother told me about when we were in the sling just swaying and swaying and what is up with these men hunting us but all I know is we crossed an ocean and are walking hundreds on miles just so we can live it makes me cry wondering how many horses are going to die on this quest but…

Trapped stuck however you say it we slept and snow covered us in, some were struggling to breath others endlessly kicking Hold on got us out guiding everyone out we lay on our backs and breathed.

For camp we went to living springs in banks peninsula near governors bay we had to do a long walk to arive at the farm park and we were told we had another long walk ahead of us Enjoy😃

Date:Thursday 21st feb 2019

I woke up and saw Olivia’s eyes glimmering at the break of dawn “good morning” she whispered quietly we awoken Ruby I climbed out of bed and opened the curtain and saw the sun rise for beyond the harbor.  Eventually we all got out of bed and started getting ready as we ate the sweets Ruby had brung, once we were all ready we started to have some fun we hopped up on one of the top bunks and held up Ruby’s princess blanket and dropped it down and went “um” me and Olivier read out some would you rathers from my magazine soon we all went down for breakfast.  For breakfast I had cornflakes (Taylor.B squirted jam into her mouth) and we just talked and CATHY CAME WOO HOO! So we did some chit-chat and had to split up NOOOOO!

So the first activity I did was low ropes we had to walk all the way to the low-ropes course and look out for stinging nettles, any way at the course we had to get into groups and play and trust game, were we had to stand in a cucal and someone leaned backwards and the other caught them and pushed them back, I was in a group with Taylor.B, Sophia.T, Isabella and Caprice my favourite part was the trapeze were I swang on the ropes they were all pretty easy and I was umm pushing people up with my shoulder, cause that's not weird?

Soon after we and morning tea it was pretty good and then headed off to Rifles and archery.  After that walk we split into two groups one for rifles one for archery, I patiently waited for my turn, eventerly I was all ready to shoot my arrow and then I fired I nearly hit the target it was really fun then we had rifles I was really excited for this I had never done this before it was super fun I quickly hit two bits of metal but I didn’t do the in the competition.

We went on the track for lunch it was yum nachos so we did the animal survival I was a pukeko and I lost all my lives to food and water and I thought I could hide until the hunter came out and I would be safe but I wasn't I also bashed my nose on a branch and I had a bleeding nose I somehow lived but it didn’t count I was tired and had stitch and I only had two lives but we had afternoon tea and went up the track again.

The indoor bouldering was was fun I was pretty good until I twisted and had to stop.   We had so free time and we had burgers and chips for lunch had free time again and went to K.G.T and that was really funny.

We went up the track and went to bed.

Camp was really fun I want to go there again.
